Our modular building system partner, TMBR Structures provides us unique opportunities to utilize sustainably and ethically harvested lumber from British Columbia, is brought to our local Edmonton based lumber supplier where it is Kiln Dried to specification for us. All TMBR Structures can be energy code compliant and can be outfitted with custom built finishing options. The structures have been designed to be fully assembled as a complete module prior to shipping or can be “Flat Packed” and fully erected in situ. Your imagination is your only hold back on what can be built with this Architecturally pleasing building systems. All TMBR structures are built with Structural Insulated Panels which can carry various R-Values which enables us to conform to the local energy codes. TMBR Structures also provides the ability to complete large commercial or residential builds with Glulam conventional building systems.
Modular Metal Building Options
Further to our TMBR Structures buildings, Blue Terra offers full metal building options which include, Self Framing, Structural Insulated Panel Structures (SIPs), conventional structural steel buildings which can included any variety of cladding and or architectural panel system. Fully insulated and lined with metal, these buildings are a very economical choice for commercial and industrial applications.
